I began this project as a means by which to share the things I have enjoyed over the years on YouTube with a wider audience. As time has gone on, they have become an invaluable source of inspiration for long-form works, and as a reminder of how my particular journey as a writer and creative has developed during this period.

Over time, however, a number of the original selections have been marked for copyright violations or simply as ‘Private’ and so the lists are often shorter than they were originally created to be. This has become less of a problem as time has moved on, but I’m always checking the lists for any piece of video that might unexpectedly vanish.

The playlists are regularly updated and were last edited in May, 2020.
